Prenatal Fitness Education Class
Hosted by Sarah Snider, Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Trainer

What will you learn:
– correct breathing techniques
– how your core and pelvic floor work together
– how to do a self-test for diastasis recti
– appropriate exercises (and benefits) for expectant mamas
– do’s and don’ts for prenatal exercise

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
